Most of us have a reasonably clear idea of what sort of house we'd like to live in, what sort of office we want to work in, or what the ideal factory, school or library might look like. Few of us, however, would try to design it and build it ourselves: we know that we don't have the necessary skills, the insights or the specialist, expert knowledge of structures, materials and costs.

Successful communications is also about structure - the structure of internal and external people, agencies, ideas, action and money. When the structure is weak or poorly planned, the inevitable result is the ineffective use of inappropriate resources by inexperienced people. Money is wasted, opportunity is lost and reputation suffers.
Designing and building this structure requires as much skill, insight and specialist knowledge as designing and building the structures in which we live, work, learn or shop.

We work worldwide to help our clients plan, buy and manage internal and external PR resources better, so helping them increase the return on their PR investment. We are not a PR agency, and we do not ourselves develop or deliver PR programmes.
